Employee Cooperative Financing to Its Members (PKPA)

 

Distribution of financing to or through a Cooperative to meet the needs of its members (collective) who apply for financing through the Cooperative. Agencies or companies where a Cooperative is based are agencies with Civil Servants (PNS), Ministries or Offices or Local Governments, State-Own Corporations (BUMN) or Region-Own Corporations (BUMD), Government Institutions and private companies.

Financing Scheme

  • Executing Scheme:
    Executing Scheme PKPA Facility is working capital financing provided by a Bank to a Cooperative to be redistributed to the Cooperative Members of a company or agency (where a Cooperative is based)
  • Pola Channeling:
    Channeling Scheme PKPA Facility is consumer or multi-service financing provided by a Bank to Cooperative Members of a company or agency (where a Cooperative is based), under which the application is submitted by the Cooperative for a large number of its members (collectively).

 

What are the requirements?

Financing Documents for Cooperative Members (Executing Scheme)

For Civil Servants, Private Entities & State-Own Corporations (BUMN)/Region-Own Corporations (BUMD)

  • Financing Application form
  • A copy of ID Card of the applicant (a Member of a Cooperative)
  • Salary slip or the last income certificate
  • Original Letter of First Appointment
  • Statement as a Member of a Cooperative and Authorized Member of a Cooperative
  • Statement and recommendation from the salary treasurer or the Management of the Parent Company
  • Collateral documents (if any)

Financing Documents for Cooperative Members (Channeling Scheme)

For Civil Servants, Private Entities & State-Own Corporations (BUMN)/Region-Own Corporations (BUMD)

  • Financing Application form
  • A copy of ID Card of the potential customer and husband or wife
  • A copy of Family Certificate
  • A copy of Marriage Certificate or Divorce Certificate or unmarried statement
  • Salary slip or the last income certificate
  • Original Letter of First Appointment
  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or Taspen
  • Statement and power of attorney as a Member of a Cooperative
  • Statement and recommendation from the salary treasurer or the Management of the Parent Company
  • Financing collateral (if any)
